Every style shows one price per ad before you start: a typical 15-second ad uses about 143 credits, and only the preview frames are spent until you say “make it”. New shots add one keyframe each, and failed steps are refunded automatically.

Billing questions
How do credits work?
Every ad style has one fixed credit price, shown before you start. A typical 15-second ad uses about 143 credits. You first get a preview of every shot for a few credits; the rest is only spent when you choose to make the ad.
You see the estimate before you start. Credits are held when a step begins and only charged when it finishes. The full table is on the pricing page.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your plan grants a fresh allowance at the start of each billing period, and anything left from the previous period expires at that point. Top-up credits follow their own 90-day expiry and are not reset by the monthly renewal.
What are top-ups?
One-time credit packs for months when you need more than your plan includes. They need an active plan, expire 90 days after purchase, and are spent after your monthly credits. If your plan lapses, top-up credits are paused rather than deleted and become usable again when you resubscribe, within their 90 days.
What counts as a failed step, and is it refunded?
A failed step is one that does not produce an output because of a problem on our side: a generation error, a timeout or a render that crashes. The credits held for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Steps that complete are charged, including keyframes you decide not to use. That is why keyframes are cheap (about 10 credits with shot writing) and the video step only runs after you approve one.
Can I use the ads commercially?
Yes. All paid plans include commercial use of the ads you create, subject to our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. You need the rights to the logos and images you upload, and you are responsible for the claims your ad makes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and your credits remain usable until then. You will not be charged again.
What can I try for free?
New accounts get 30 trial credits, valid for 7 days. That is enough to set up a brand kit and generate a few keyframes so you can judge the quality. Generating video needs a paid plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay the prorated difference and receive the extra credits for the current period right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry the card and email you. While payment is outstanding you can still view your existing ads, but new generation is paused. If payment does not go through after the retries, the subscription is cancelled.
