Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload to Reelable (logos, images, text and scene descriptions) and to everything you generate with it. It forms part of our Terms of Service. When in doubt, ask yourself whether you would be comfortable running the ad under your own brand name on a major ad platform.

You may not use Reelable to create, upload or attempt to create:

• Real or recognizable people without consent. Do not upload or describe a real, identifiable person, including their face, voice or likeness, unless you have their documented permission to use it in advertising.
• Celebrities and public figures. No depictions, lookalikes, impersonations or implied endorsements by celebrities, influencers, politicians or other public figures, with or without consent claims.
• Other companies’ trademarks. Do not use competitors’ or third parties’ logos, brand names, product designs or trade dress, and do not create ads that imply an affiliation or comparison you are not entitled to make. Only upload brand assets you own or are licensed to use.
• Sexual content. No nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material.
• Minors. No content depicting or targeting children in any sexualized, harmful or exploitative way, and no depictions of minors at all in generated scenes.
• Violence and weapons. No graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that promotes, sells or glorifies weapons, explosives or violent acts.
• Misleading medical or financial claims. No ads that promise cures, treatments or health outcomes without substantiation, and no guaranteed returns, get-rich-quick schemes, or misleading claims about loans, investments or crypto assets.
• Hate and harassment. No content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics, or that harasses or threatens anyone.
• Illegal or regulated goods. No ads for illegal drugs, counterfeit goods or other products and services that are unlawful where they are advertised.
• Deception. No deepfakes, fake news, fake reviews or testimonials, or content designed to pass off generated footage as real documentary evidence.

• Do not try to bypass content filters, rate limits, credit holds or plan limits.
• Do not share accounts, resell access, or use automated means to create accounts or claim trial credits.
• Do not probe, scan or disrupt the Service or other users’ data.

We use automated checks, and may review content manually, to enforce this policy. We may refuse a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close an account, and may report illegal content to the authorities.

Credits consumed by steps that completed are not refunded when content is later removed for breaking this policy. Steps that fail for technical reasons are refunded automatically, as described in the Terms.

Suspension does not pause credit expiry. Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period, and top-up credits expire 90 days after purchase. Consumed credits are not refunded except for failed steps, which are refunded automatically.

If you see content made with Reelable that you believe breaks this policy or infringes your rights, report it through in-app support with a link or description. Rights holders can submit infringement notices the same way until a dedicated address is published.
